  • Financial reporting support
  • Accounts Payables and Receivables support
  • Back-office operational assistance

Services are subject to separate client agreements and Statements of Work.

2. No Professional Legal or Investment Advice

YNL Group Inc: Business Services:

  • is not a law firm
  • is not an investment advisory firm
  • does not provide legal advice
  • does not provide securities or investment advice
  • does not provide licensed audit or assurance services unless explicitly stated in writing by a licensed professional

Clients should consult qualified legal, tax, investment, or accounting professionals where appropriate.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • providing accurate and complete information
  • reviewing payroll and financial reports
  • approving submissions before processing
  • complying with applicable laws and regulations

We are not responsible for errors caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed information provided by clients.

4. Confidentiality

We take commercially reasonable measures to protect confidential information and personal data in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy laws.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, templates, systems, and materials remain the property of YNL Group Inc. unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YNL Group Inc. shall not be liable for:

  • indirect damages
  • consequential damages
  • lost profits
  • lost business opportunities
  • penalties or fines arising from inaccurate client-provided information
  • system outages or third-party software failures

Our total liability relating to any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for services during the preceding three (3) months.

7. Third-Party Software

We may use third-party platforms including payroll, bookkeeping, cloud storage, communication, and accounting software. We are not responsible for outages, failures, or security incidents originating from third-party providers.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services where:

  • clients breach agreements
  • unlawful activity is suspected
  • payment obligations are not met

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.

Any liability of YNL Group Inc. shall be limited to the fees paid for services during the prior three (3) months.
