No. YNL does not audit, review or file corporate tax returns — those are CPA engagements. We prepare the information a CPA works from and the management reporting a CPA typically does not produce.

Accounting Support questions
Can you work alongside my existing accountant?
That is the usual arrangement. We deliver reconciled working papers in their preferred format, which shortens their year-end and generally lowers what they bill.
Do I need bookkeeping with YNL to get accounting support?
No, but the books need to be current and reconciled. If they are not, we scope catch-up bookkeeping first — reporting built on unreconciled data is worse than no reporting.
